The Napa Valley Wine Train

Rather than driving or bike riding to various wineries, the Napa Valley Wine Train will take you to either Grgich Hills or Domain Chandon. The train travels along highway 29, which is the main road for wineries. The train also serves a variety of food and wines too. The train is designed with an 1800’s look to it. Depending on what day and time you take the tour, the Wine Train offers various things like gourmet lunches or dinners, Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre, the Moonlight Escape tour which you get to enjoy yourselves by the light of the moon in a glass domed rail car, the Grgich Hills Tour, and the Domaine Chandon Tour. The tour spends a considerable amount of time visiting the local winery and the tour runs for three hours. Not only do they serve food and wine, but they also have informative lectures. The trip will take you up through St. Helena and back to Napa.
